Regional Prisons - Proposed Per Diem Rate Changes

NOTICE

The Montana Department of Corrections has completed its review of Per Diem rate calculation data submitted by each contracted Regional Prison. This review was necessary to establish the prisoner per diem rate for fiscal 2007 in accordance with the intent of the 2007 Legislature and ARM 20.28.149-Review and Revision of Per Diem Rate. Calculation data for each of the Regional Prisons is available on the following pages.
