This rate will be effective upon receipt of final signature - retroactive to July 1, 2009.
Proposed rate for General Population Offenders at Cascade County is $59.44 (fifty nine dollars and fourty-four cents) per offender.

The Department of Corrections will accept public comment on the proposed per diem rate changes until 5:00 pm on April 18, 2011. The Department of Corrections will publish the comments and its responses on this page.
