Pine Hills Youth Correctional Facility Visits are encouraged and allowed, with authorization. The youth’s caseworker will be able to provide suggestions regarding the most convenient times for you to visit. Visiting hours are 9am to 9pm on Monday through Friday and 9am to 7pm on weekends. However, an attempt is made to limit visitation to times when youth are not involved in campus programming. The most convenient times for visits to avoid disruption of programming are 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays and 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. weekends. Youth are not permitted to visit off grounds until they have earned Level Three of the Earned Incentive Program and have also received their caseworker's and treatment team’s permission to do so.
When visiting all visitors sixteen years of age and older must present a picture ID and are subject to search. All items carried into the facility (i.e. bags, sacks, purses, boxes, etc.) will be searched. Personal items such as cell phones, keys, cameras, lighters, knives, etc. are not allowed inside the facility. Such items may either be left in a locked vehicle or stored in the business office. All tobacco products are prohibited and must be left in a locked vehicle during the visit.
