- Obtain an unqualified opinion for the financial compliance audit performed by the Legislative Audit Division.
- Acquire and successfully implement a new collections software system to enhance the collection of restitution and supervision fees.
- Implement a new Fleet Management operations unit.
- Revise current contract/procurement policies designed to implement changes necessary to comply with Legislative Audit recommendations.
- Reoprt progress and effectiveness of all legislative approved budget request from the previous session in the next session and in the departmental biennial report.
- Launch the first phase of computer-based, grant technical assistance and training in coordination with the accounting and training bureaus by September 2010.
- Complete a comprehensive review of the Compliance Monitoring Program
